Thank you for scheduling your appointment.
All appointments are paid in advance and Preferred Payment  is via Zelle.

Completed payment is the only way to guarantee your scheduled appointment

and where applicable, the address for your appointment will be provided

once payment is received.   

Appointments not paid at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled time,

are subject to cancellation.
 

50% of billed amount will be forfeit in the event of no-show

or cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment.

If your appointment is via phone or video chat, please be prepared

to contact me at your scheduled  time.

​

For in person appointments, please plan to arrive no more than

5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time

as I may be in a session with someone else.

​

We may request masks to be worn. A temp check and hand sanitizer 

will be provided upon entering.

In addition to our standard disclaimer, we also require a
COVID-19 Hold Harmless Waiver for in person appointments.
